TTAI Membership, Convention and Banquet Registration Overview 

This site is used to manage your Texas Taxidermy Association, Inc. (TTAI) membership and your Convention and Banquet Registration.

Vendors & Sponsors: Use the Event Registration tab to register for the convention. You may also purchase TTAI sponsorships and TTAI Magazine advertisements during registration — one and done.

TTAI Members: Members may renew their membership and register for the annual Convention during open registration, usually in April. Notification is sent via email. Please note:

• Membership fees and Convention registration fees are separate, and both are required to attend.

• Convention schedules and updates are available at www.ttai.org.

• Add ttai@onefireplace.org to your email contacts to ensure you receive event notices and renewal reminders.

Banquet Tickets: Banquet tickets may be purchased during Event Registration.

• A banquet ticket is required if you wish to receive a meal at the TTAI Awards Ceremony.

• A ticket is not required to attend the ceremony itself.

• Reserved tables and additional banquet tickets may also be purchased during registration.

Non‑Members: Non‑members must request and pay for membership before they can view or register for the TTAI Convention. New members should visit the Member Application page to join. Once membership is completed, Convention registration will be available.

International Members: TTAI welcomes members outside the USA; however, the association cannot ship publications, trophies, or other items internationally. Members who wish to receive these items must pre‑pay full current USPS shipping fees before shipment.
